The Challenge

Chegg had its varied services offering contained in more than four different apps, which prevent
students from being aware of all features found in the available Chegg apps.

My responsibilities

As the senior designer who led the effort to solve this challenge, I was responsible for all steps of the product design,
from research & insights gathering about the user needs and our competitors
in the market, ideating on the different design solutions to performing extensive
UX & UI reviews for iOS & Android and supporting the dev team daily.

I was obliged for a quick and deep understanding of the products, terminologies, and business model.
I also practiced these responsibilities:

• Conduct daily PM meetings.

• Creating High-fidelity wireframes & Prototypes.

• Come up with creative and elegant UX & UI solutions.

• Collaboration with the R&D team and Design handoffs.

The Solution 

About a year and a half ago, a strategic decision was taken- to unite all the services
under one app- Chegg Study. which raised many user experience challenges to solve.
